| Abstract: | The background of subject hbrarians as well as the superiority and problems of staff in Novelty Assessment Center of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who hold a position of subject librarians were analyzed, followed by a detail discussion on the measures taken by novelty assessment staff who hold a position of subject librarians in carrying out subject service and their achievements. |
