| 摘 要： | 随着国际民商事交往日益紧密,涉外纠纷也日益增多.在涉外民商事案件的解决过程中,国际司法协助的作用不可忽视,域外送达机制是司法协助中重要的方面.我国的域外送达机制在制度上存在很多缺陷,实践操作中送达周期长,效率低下,阻碍了涉外案件的圆满解决,本文借鉴了欧美国家域外送达机制方面的先进制度,提出我国在这方面应予以完善的地方,以期抛砖引玉.

| Abstract: | With the increasing of international civil and commercial matters,there are more international conflicts.Judicial assistance is important in settling of international civil cases.Service abroad is indispensable in judicial assistance.There are a lot of problems in Chinese practice of service abroad,such as a low success rate.This article introduces the advanced service systems in occident countries and gives some advice to the perfection of our country. |
