| 摘 要： | 人格素质是一个人成才的重要因素。当前大学生人格嬗变的突出表现是其功利性、放任性、物役性。这种人格嬗变有一定的社会根源。因此,大学生要重塑人格就应突出社会主义信念、民族复兴的责任感、全球伦理和新时代的英雄主义。

| Abstract: | The quality of personality is a key factor for a person to become a talent. Currently the transformation of students' personality is obviously characterized by utilitarianism, noninterference and material-slavery and a certain social springhead results in such a transformation. Therefore, the reshape of university students' personality necessitates giving prominence to their personality of socialist belief, nation-reconstructing responsibility, global ethics and new-age heroism. |
