| 摘 要： | 物流信息化建设是现代物流的支撑和前提条件。物流信息化建设定位应当是高起点,以提高资源整合能力为目标,构建集成统一运作模式。物流信息化建设首先要对整个系统业务体系进行谋划,其次要制定项目实施计划,再有要舍得投入,还有做好人才保障。
