医学院校大学生丙肝知识知晓率调查研究

开展吉林市医学院校大学生丙型病毒性肝炎防治知识调查,为提高医学生对丙肝的防护知识、诊断及治疗能力提供基础资料及科学依据.方法 采用整群分层抽样的方法,对吉林市2所医学院校在校大学生进行问卷调查.结果医学生丙型肝炎防护知识总体知晓率,15项问题中有3项知晓率低于50％,有8项各年级知晓率有统计学差异（P＜0.01）,7项问题不同院系学生知晓率有统计学差异（P＜0.01）,2项问题知晓率农村和城市学生有差异,但无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论医学院校不同院系学生对丙肝相关知识的知晓率存在差异,应针对不同年级、不同专业进行相应的丙型肝炎相关知识培训及健康教育干预.

Investigation the awareness of hepatitis C in medical students

Objective To carry out prevention and treatment of hepatitis C investigation in ]ilin medical college students, in order to improve medical students＇ knowledge of protection against hepatitis C, diagnosis and treatment capacity to provide basic data and scientifc evidence. Methods With the method of cluster stratifired random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted in two medical higher-educated schools in ]ilin City. Results Protection knowledge of medical students overall awareness of hepatitis C, 15 questions in three awareness below 50%. There are eight all grades awareness were significantly different （P 〈o.ol）, 7 questions students awareness of different faculties were significantly different （P 〈o.ol）, z questions awareness of rural and urban students have different （P〉 0.05）. Conclusions There are significant differences in the knowledge level among different grades and different faculties, we should be for different grades and different professional accordingly hepatitis C-related knowledge and training of health education intervention.
