| Abstract: | In the Laurier period, with America's rising in power and increasing expansion, Canada was inevitably involved in the struggle between the two Atlantic mighty powers and used to fall victim to it .At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries the Canadian's national consciousness became stronger and stronger and they began to seek independent space of development between the UK and the USA. |
