大学精神概念初探

大学精神是一种反映大学本质的精神状态,它是大学在其长期发展过程中慢慢积淀而成,并时时影响着大学师生价值观取向、思维方式和行为习惯的内在力量。它不是指具体的某种精神,而是精神的升华,是大学在意义上的象征。从现实状况来看,理性精神反映大学的本质,理性精神象征大学。我国的大学最缺乏和最需要的仍然是理性精神。

University spirit is a spiritual state to reflect the essence of university, is an inherent power formed by means of step- by- step accumulation in process of its long development, which frequently influences the orientation of value outlook of teachers and students in university, thinking way and behavior habit. It doesn't refer to a specific spirit whereas it refers to the distillation of spirit and university is symbolized in significance. In the eyes of the current situation, rational spirit reflects the essence of university and symbolizes university. Both the most lack and the most need in China's university is still rational spirit.
