农民工政治参与缺失的成因与对策分析

随着社会转型的加快,农民工的政治参与缺失问题变得越来越突出。其原因主要是新旧二元社会结构下的制度性排斥、政治参与成本与收益的理性博弈、农民工政治参与中的公共资源困境、农民工自身政治参与能力与意识薄弱、农民工的政治参与缺乏有效的政策和法规保护、农民工权益代表组织的缺失、政治信息传播渠道不畅的影响等。因此我们应该从组织机构、制度、法律法规和教育等方面来完善、加强和促进农民工的政治参与。
