| 摘 要： | 核心期刊是文献计量学的统计结果,是自然科学论文分布的现实反映.核心期刊评价基础理论的研究对于期刊的管理,提高期刊质量,推动期刊发展起到非常重要的作用.本文总结分析了我国核心期刊的主要特征及核心期刊评价方法,并对核心期刊评价的基础理论研究和评价系统提出了新的想法.

| Abstract: | Core periodicals are determined according to bibliometric analysis and they are the reflection of the distribution of scientific articles.Study on fundamental theory of core periodical evaluation plays key role in management,improving quality and development of core periodicals.This paper summarized the fundamental theory of evaluation and judgment system of Chinese core periodicals.New considera-tions on fundamental theory of core periodical evaluation and core periodical evaluation system are pre-sented. |
