| 摘 要： | 合理使用是数字图书馆版权问题研究的一个焦点。网络环境中弱化图书馆合理使用的原则,缩小图书馆合理使用的范围是不合适的,只能从图书馆担负的社会职能出发,根据数字图书馆的运用特点,对合理使用进行新的界定。

| Abstract: | Fari Use"in digital libraries has been the focus of heated debate in recent years.This paper argues that the trend to weaken the principle and diminish the scope of fair use is not appropriate and,in fact harmful,to the social function of libraries.There is a need to redefine"faie use"in the context of digital libraries. |
