| 摘 要： | 建立合理的人才资助计划,有利于推动国家整体科技水平的提高。通过对若干发达国家人才资助计划的资助政策、项目选择和评审、项目执行监督与结果评价等方面进行比较分析,发现不同国家的人才资助计划都根据本国的基本国情进行了具体的定位,虽然各国在资助计划上表现出不同的特点,但都注重国际同行评审与第三方专业评估,并且都建立了完整的监督机制和评估体系。在此基础上,提出了一些对我国人才资助计划的启示,从而为我国提供参考,以促进我国人才资助效率的提高。
