| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理课程是营销类专业的职业技术课程，非营销类专业的职业拓展课程。通过课程学习，使学生充分掌握现代企业的人员招聘、培训、管理等的有关工作方法和技巧，培养学生良好职业道德和敬业精神，提高学生分析和解决实际问题的能力。
