中小学新教师职业倦怠预防策略探讨

摘    要:刚刚开始教师生涯的中小学新教师,面临来自各方面的压力,也面临产生职业倦怠的危险。本着"防患于未然"的目的,从中小学新教师职业倦怠的影响因素入手,对中小学新教师职业倦怠的预防,提出相关的干预策略。

Abstract:In recent years,The occupational burnout of the primary and secondary school teachers has been gradually drawn concern.A lot of researches on how to relieve and eliminate the teachers' occupational burnout have been carried out, but the study on the prevention of the new primary and secondary teachers' professional burnout has less been involved.These new teachers,who have just begun their teaching career,are facing both pressure from all sides and the risk of occupational burnout.In this paper,on the purpose of the prevention better than cure,various causes of the professional burnout of the teachers from primary and secondary schools have been analyzed and some related preventive strategies for the new teachers' occupational burnout have been put forward.
