| 摘 要： | 测定了黄芩、黄柏、黄连、大黄、金银花、秦皮、板蓝根、丹参、诃子、石榴皮对6种奶牛乳房炎病原菌的体外抑茵效果和最低抑菌浓度。结果表明,黄芩、黄柏、黄连、丹参、石榴皮对6种奶牛乳房炎病原菌均有明显的抑菌作用,其余的则差异较大；对绵阳市奶牛乳房炎的防治,首选中药为黄连,同时可选用大黄、诃子、石榴皮、黄芩、金银花组方。

| Abstract: | Experiments have been carried out to test the MIC and in-vitro antibacterial effects of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese goldthread,root of large-flowered skullcap,phellodendron bark,ash bark,rhu- bark,honeysuckle,banlangen,root of red-rooted salvia,myrobalan fruit,pomegranate bark on 6 strains of patho- genic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis.The results show that 5 out of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine such as Chinese goldthread,root of large-flowered skullcap,phellodendron bark,root of red-rooted salvia,pomegranate bark have obvious antibacterial effects,the rest of them were varied.It is recommended that Chinese goldthread be the first choice together with rhubark,myrobalan fruit,pomegranate bark,root of large-flowered skullcap,honey- suckle for the prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis in Mianyang Municipal Area. |
