新安全观及其对中国外交的意义

冷战结束后,国际形势发生了很大的变化。我国政府适应时代潮流的变化提出了具有自身特点的新安全观。新安全观的核心内容是互信、互利、平等和合作。中国政府以此为指导开展安全外交活动,构筑我国新世纪的安全环境,从而为我国外交注入了新内容、开拓了新视角,实现了我国内政与外交的基本统一。

New View of Security and Its Meanings

With the end of the cold war,there has been a great change in the international situation.To go with the current of the times,our government put forward new view of security with its own characteristics.The core of the new view is mutual trust,mutual benefit,equality and cooperation.With the guidance of the new view,the Chinese government is carrying on security diplomatic moves to build a security environment in the new century.Accordingly,our diplomacy is injected a new content and set up a new perspective.Naturally,a harmonious blend of domestic affairs and foreign affairs is achieved.
