摘    要:21世纪,网络教育机构林立,如何在激烈的市场竞争中形成优势,实现网络教育的可持续发展?在关系营销理念的指导下处理好网络教育机构内部与外部的关系,通过建立动态信息库对学习者特征进行全面分析、提供高质量的个性化服务达到对学生的保持,是网络教育得以持续发展的关键。

Abstract:The 21st century,web-based distance education institution stands in great numbers,how to form the superiority in the intense market competition? On the basis of dealing with relationship inside or outside the institution under the direction of Relationship Marketing this paper tries to analysis learner's characteristic by establishing dynamic database, achieve student's maintenance by providing high quality and personalized service,which are the keys to promote a sustainable development of web-based education.
