| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法从多角度分析黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游资源的优势、市场开发现状和存在的问题,认为黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业缺乏总体发展规划、专业人士和环保观念,管理水平和服务质量亟待提高,安全措施尚待加强;提出黑龙江省应抓住承办2009年世界大学生冬季运动会这一契机,科学规划冬季冰雪体育旅游业,注意搞好相关配套建设,以冰雪旅游产业带动其他产业同步发展,为我国旅游市场快速健康发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the resource advantage and market development status of ice-snow sports tourism in Heilongjiang province from multi-points of view with documentary information method,the article thinks the existing problems include short macro-development programming,less experts,poor idea of environmental protection,low management and service quality,weak safety precautions.It suggests some countermeasures as reference for quick and well developing Chinese tour market by catching the chance of Harbin 2009 world university winter games,such as to have a scientifical programming of Heilongjiang ice-snow sports tourism,to do well the interrelated building,to bring along other industries development together with ice-snow tourism. |
