| Abstract: | Following the arrival of the life - long education tide in the 21st century, the importance of after - employment education is prominent day by day. To counter the drawback of the present after - employment education, The writer explores the truth from the education system, educational pattern, education content, teaching method and evaluating system, By doing this, the writer comes up with the idea to build up an after - employment education which brings about an advance in teacher specialization. |
