摘    要:教师成长是教师学会教学,不断习得与教师有关的角色期望和规范的社会化过程。教师的社会化大致经历:专业角色的确认和适应的探索阶段,专业角色渐进成熟的迅速发展和稳定阶段,专业角色趋于模糊和丧失的停滞、退缩阶段,角色不断调适和继续社会化的持续发展阶段。处于每一发展阶段的教师表现出不同的角色行为特征。能够不断超越自我知识和教学经验局限的教师,将保持动态、开放、持续发展的状态,成长为学者型教师。

Abstract:Teacher development is a process of socialization in which a teacher learns how to learn and constantly obtains requirements and regulations related to the role of teachers. The socialization of teachers involves the following stages: the exploration stage of the confirmation and adaptation of teachers' roles: the rapid development and stabilization stage of the maturity of teachers' roles; the stagnation and withdrawal stage of confusing and losing of teachers' roles; the constant development stage of modification and continuous socialization of teachers' roles. Teachers in different stages have different behavior characteristics of teachers' roles. Those who are always going beyond the limitation of self- knowledge and teaching experience will keep the state of dynamic, open and continuous development and become scholar-style teachers.
