重新划分高等教育管理阶段:范式的视角

摘    要:重新划分高等教育管理阶段是高等教育发展和高等教育管理实践的需要。根据范式理论,可以把我国高等教育管理的发展分为中央集权化管理、地方化管理和利益相关者管理三个阶段。"利益相关者管理"范式的理论基础包括效用相互依赖理论、利益相关者权力理论、博弈理论、组织整合理论。建立"利益相关者管理"范式,要澄清建立现代大学制度的认识误区,处理好"利益相关者管理"范式与高等学校独立法人地位的关系。

Abstract:To re-decode higher educational management stage is the demand of higher educational development and higher educational management practice.According to the theory of paradigm,Chinese higher educational management can be divided into three stages as centralization management,localization management and stakeholder management.The theoretical basis of the paradigm of "stakeholder management" includes utility mutual dependence theory,stakeholder power theory,game theory and organizational integration theory.To establish the paradigm of "stakeholder management",we should clarify the misunderstanding of constructing modern university system,handle the relationship well between the paradigm of "stakeholder management" and university independent legal person's position.
