| Abstract: | With the enlargement of recruiting students in colleges and universities in recent years, the number of graduates increases rapidly and the employment situation is growing more and more severe.To solve the problem, we should enact laws and regulations,regulate employment market,adjust specialties and strengthen the guidance of selecting and obtaining employment. |
