| 摘 要： | PDCA循环理论起源于质量管理领域,是现代化科学管理的重要特征。卖场营运与管理是一门实践性很强的课程,将PDCA循环运用于这门课程的教学管理中,在改进教学方法,提高学生职业素养的同时,也可以使卖场营运与管理的教学研究与改善,向现代化、科学化、规范化的管理迈进。
