少数民族地区特岗教师的教学状况调查——以云南为例

摘    要:特岗教师是国家实施提高农村义务教育质量,促进城乡教育均衡发展的重要举措。云南省少数民族地区是接受特岗教师的主要区域,调查选取了云南省12个县(市)发放问卷,从特岗教师的教学工作状况、教学心理适应、教学技能、教研科研活动等方面开展了问卷调查,通过统计分析,得出了云南省少数民族地区特岗教师的教学状况。

Abstract:The special hillock teachers are very important to promote development of urban and rural education and improve the quality of the rural compulsory education. The author selected 12 counties (cities) of Yunnan to hand put self-designed questionnaires. According to the survey, the paper makes an analysis of the teaching conditions of special hillock teachers in Yunnan minority nationality regions, which includes the teaching situations, teaching psychological adaptation, teaching skill, teaching and research activities.
