论战后东亚地区的政治发展--另一种类型的政治现代化

作为集中体现后发型现代化进程特征的东亚地区各国，因该地区缺乏政治民主、自由经济的历史传统，而且绝大多数国家具有经历过殖民地或半殖民地的背景，因而在现代化初期存在着政治发展逆行的现象，体现出后发型现代化进程特征等规律性或普遍性问题，属于另一种类型的政治现代化。

On the Political Development in Postwar East Asia--Another Type of Political Modernization

East Asia fully embodies the characteristic of later-developed modernization. Due to the lack of historical tradition of political democracy and free economy as well as the colonial and semi-colonial background in most countries, the political development drove in the wrong direction in the initial stage of modernization, which explains the regularity and popularity of later-developed modernization, so it belongs to another type of political modernization.
