摘    要:本文根据1983~1985年,用周丛原生动物群落对珠江广州河段、广州市内两个人工湖和广州市郊流溪水库等3种水体进行生物监测,通过分析周丛原生动物的群落结构特征.以及用模式识别法评价,识别这些水体的污染程度,并与1982年和1989年的研究结果对比,进一步说明不同污染类型水体的周丛原生动物的群落结构是稳定的,以及这两种方法对水污染的评价和识别是有效可行的.

Abstract:In 1983 to 1985, the periphytic protozoan communities were collected with slide method, from the water bodies of different pollution levels, including 7 sampling stations in Zhujiang River, Liuhua Lake, Liwan Lake, Liuxi River Reservoir, Guangzhou region.Results of faunal analysis show that the structure characteristics of the periphytic protozoan communities varied at the 7 sampling stations, reflecting in the species composition, the number and abundance of dominant species of the periphytic protozoan communities. Within 5 representative sampling stations, it were found the same pattern if compared with the results in 1982 and 1989, respectively.The results have also showed that the water pollution level has no significant change during the entire monitoring period. The present studies provide direct evidence that the structure characteristics of periphytic protozoan communities are closely related to the levels of water pollution and the technique of community analysis used is strongly recommended.Another mathematical model, pattern recognition, is applied to the data of periphytic protozoaon communities collected from the above mentioned 5 sampling stations which provides further information that the model is a feasible and effective method for evaluation water pollution degree.
