| 摘 要： | 高等师范专科学校学生的学术科研活动，目前仍是一个薄弱环节。师专院校的教学改革应加 大对师专生学术科研能力的教育与培养力度。其目的是激励师范专科生立足于本专业，积极 研究和探讨中小学教育教学管理的理论和方法，从而增强师范专科毕业生的就业竞争力，为 今后所从事的国民基础教育事业奠定坚实的基础。
