| 摘 要： | 结合为企业开发竞争情报系统及竞争情报咨询过程中遇到的问题和挑战,分析当前学界、商界和业界在竞争情报系统分析功能上的理解偏差,提出商业智能定量分析的统计库和竞争情报定性专题分析的模型库相结合的分析模型,并针对民用飞机客户服务行业,对竞争情报系统处理分析模块进行实验研究。

| Abstract: | Concerning the issue and challenge encountered in the development of enterprise CIS and consultation of competitive intelligence, this paper analyzes the different understandings about the analysis function of CIS between the academic field and enterprises. Based on the case in the civil aircraft customer service, it puts forward a new analysis module combining business analysis tools and CIS model. |
