| Abstract: | Customized training is an effective way to pinpoint the trainee＇s wants and needs for his profession and job. And to meet them, the school technical education could be generally upgraded in this way. This paper is designed to deal with the conduct of the Software Technology program by customized training, including the program reform background, implementation, and prediction of problems occurring and the possible solutions. In addition, good practice and experiences are summarized for reference. |
