An analytical study on the transformational process in China's innovation system |

| Abstract: | This paper sets its analytical focus at the four characteristics of the transformational process in China's current system of innovation, i.e. 1) a road of gradual transformation with partial qualitative changes; 2) the integration of causative changes with propellant changes; 3) partial or precursor experiments precede the whole advancement and 4) institutional transformation needs guidance by related theories. |
