| 摘 要： | 由于我国的研究生质量评估起步较晚，体系构建不够科学完善，与国外相比，评估指标中对于教师资源的评估没有起到应有的作用，使得研究生培养质量受到很大的影响。本文就研究生质量评估体系中导师评估指标中存在的问题展开论述，以期对评估体系的完善提出有益的建议。

| Abstract: | As China's later starting to assess the quality of graduate students,the system is not perfect,and foreign countries,evaluation of resources for teachers to assess not play its due role so that the quality of training of graduate students be greatly affected.The article discusses the quality of the assessment system of indicators to assess instructors in the existence of issues discussed with a view to improve the assessment system to make useful suggestions. |
