| 摘 要： | 中国是礼仪之邦,十分重视礼的建设.中国历代统治者把礼的建设与法的建设结合在一起,刑罚与礼并用.<礼记>一书对基本法理的构建做了有价值的论述.<礼记>不仅在礼治方面,而且在法制方面为中华文化做出贡献.

| Abstract: | China, as a land of propriety and righteousness, takes seriously the construction of etiquette. The rulers in Chinese history have been combining the construction of etiquette with that of laws and employing both punishment and etiquette for their use. The Book of Rites makes valuable discussion into the construction of fundamental legal principle, which, not only on the aspect of rulingwith etiquette but also on the aspect of ruling by laws, has made great contributions to Chinese culture. |
