| 摘 要： | 高校干部队伍建设必须以江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,紧密结合实践 ,以扩大民主 ,提高公开程度和透明度 ;建立健全竞争淘汰机制 ;完善制约和监督机制 ;调整分配制度 ,建立保障机制等为重点 ,加大干部人事制度改革力度 ,加紧建设一支高素质干部队伍。

| Abstract: | The building up of the contingent of cadres in colleges must be guided by JIANG Ze_min's important thought of "three representatives".Based on practice, the measures will be:deepening the reform of the system of choosing and training cadres, adjusting the distribution system, establishing welfare security system, establishing cadre competition and selecting system, and perfecting the supervising and restricting system, and making the work opener to the public and more democratic. |
