对高校体育课程教学管理改革的诸方面思考

高校体育现行管理体制与飞速发展的客观形势已不相适应 ,改革势在必行。根据多年来高校体育管理所取得的正反两方面的经验 ,在学习现代系统科学管理理论及借鉴他人先进经验的基础上 ,研究和探索未来高校体育管理的改革 ,以推动高校体育走上科学化、系统化的管理轨道 ,并为高校体育管理改革提供参考。

Several Thoughts on the Reforms in the Teaching and Management of PE in Universities and College

Since the management system in operation of physical course in universities and colleges does not suit the present developing situation any long, reforms in teaching and management of PE are imperative. In this paper, according to the positive and negative experiences which have been gained from years' management of physical course in my college, combined with learning modern systematic and scientific theory in management and others' advanced experience, the author studies and explores the future reforms in teaching and management of PE in universities and colleges in order to propel the education of physical course into the systematic and scientific management and provide as reference.
