摘    要:非营利组织已经成为国家社会和经济发展的重要推动力之一。然而,面对资源的有限性,竞争被非营利组织管理者视为追求组织目标和使命的主要方式和手段。本文从分析非营利组织竞争的性质及基础入手,并利用其揭示完全非营利性市场及非营利组织与营利组织并存的混合型市场中非营利组织竞争的前提条件、层次及基础等问题。
