| 摘 要： | 本文以非生源地学生为研究对象,研究其学校融合度,通过分析当前高职院校学生在校融合度现状,得出非上海生源地学生在学习成绩、同学关系、学校管理和校园文化等方面融合度均不高,并找出影响学生学校融合度的因素,以期为提高高职院校学生学校融合度提供参考。
