体育赞助的法律规制

摘    要:体育赞助作为赞助的一种,由于能惠及所有关系人,包括赞助人、受赞助人、媒体、运动员、观众及公众,最为社会所接受。但相关法律规定的缺位或缺陷,致使体育赞助的法律性质不清,当事人权利义务不明,赞助时有纠纷。本文自概念梳理出发,对体育赞助涉及的主要法律问题一一论及,并提出自己的相应见解,以为赞助纠纷的预防、处理提供法律指引。

Abstract:As one kind of sponsorship,sports sponsorship is warmly accepted by the society for its benefits and interests to all participants which includes sponsors,sponsored party,media,athletes,audience and the public.However,because of the lack and limitation of the corresponding legal regulations,the legal quality of sports sponsorship is often indefinite,which makes the parties' right unclear and a dissension involved.This paper,based on some concepts,discusses the main law issues related to sports sponsorship.
