基于犯罪心理学视觉下的足球流氓行为探析

基于犯罪心理学理论，从马斯洛需求理论下足球流氓犯罪心理根源、足球流氓行为根源维度全面深入的了解足球流氓行为，发现其中的问题，提出：建立完善的犯罪心理诊断，运用犯罪心理矫治的技术；运用多种手段相结合的预防手段；完善现有社会政治体制和经济体制，形成多元化的社会结构；运用Lewis Coser的“安全阀”理论维护社会关系；大力净化社会风气及社会环境等建议。

Causes of Football Hooligan in View of Criminal Psychology

Based on the theory of criminal psychology and Maslow demand theory, the paper analyses the causes of the psychology and behavior of hooligan and points out the problems. The paper proposes to build up sound criminal psychology diagnosis, apply criminal psychology correction skill, use precaution skills combining management con- trol, education, organization, material welfare and law punishment, improve the current social, political and eco- nomic system, apply Lewis Coser＇s safety valve theory and improve the social control awareness and social environ- ment with the public participation.
