摘    要:发展性教学监控是在全面推进素质教育的背景下,在课堂管理领域所做的一个新探索。它是以促进师生健康、和谐发展为价值取向,以充满生命活力的自主课堂为目标追求的多向度开放式监控。与以往的以监视、控制为出发点的单向度外控式教学监控不同,发展性教学监控不但具有保障性功能,而且具有研究性功能和发展性功能。其主要特点是施于未发、自控为主和全员全程。

Abstract:Developing teaching monitoring is a new exploring on classroom management under the background of overall carrying out competence education.It's an open and multidirectional monitoring which value orientation refers to promoting health and harmonious development of teachers and students,and pursuit autonomous classroom full of vigor and vitality.Compared with traditional unidirectional teaching monitoring focused on supervise and control,developing monitoring not only has guarantee function,but also has research function and promoting development function.Its characteristics are taking preventive measures,giving priority to self-monitoring,and whole persons and whole process.
