被害人视角下的商业犯罪预防

传统犯罪预防理论包括社会预防、心理预防、治安预防和刑罚预防四种模式，这些预防模式存在着诸多瑕疵，最主要的问题是全部试图从加害一被害过程的外围视角来避免该过程的发生，而对加害与被害的互动关系却没有给与足够的关注。犯罪预防如果从被害人视角来分析可以转化为被害预防，而事实上，只要能够切断被害与加害的互动关系，就能阻却商业犯罪场的形成、减少被害的发生，最终会达到犯罪预防的效果。
