| 摘 要： | 伴随时代的发展，成人大学生的伦理道德和价值观出现许多变化，呈现出多元化的特征，充分认识这种变化和特征，探索成人高校行之有效的德育教育方法，是成人高校教育工作者肩负的重任。我们必须突出社会主义核心价值体系教育，建立和完善成人高校伦理道德教育的考评体系，改进伦理道德教育的方法，结合传统道德，充分利用网络，加大教育的力度.
