| 摘 要： | 校企合作教育是实现高等职业教育人才培养模式的有效手段，是高等职业院校和企业发展的必然选择，是高等职业院校培养“双师型”教师队伍的关键，是实现培养目标的有效途径．因此，高等职业教育只有通过学校与用人单位紧密合作，共同培养人才。才能达到高职院校培养高等技术应用型专门人才的办学目的。
