| 摘 要： | 现代健康观是一个具有审美价值追求的概念。中国传统的健康价值观，所表现出的“中和”生理观、“中和”心理现、“中和”自然观、“中和”社会观，将人、自然、社会和谐地统一在一起，注重对精神情感的培养，是追求一种生命存在的审美境界。

| Abstract: | The contemporary notion of health is some kind of concept possessing the quality of pursuing aesthetic value.Chinese traditional value notion of health,which displays the physiological,psycholgical,natural and social neutralization,integrates mankind with nature and society harmoniously.It also lays stress on the cultivation of spiritual emotions,and is regarded as a kind of aesthetic state of life_existence. |
