| 摘 要： | 最后用力技术是掷铁饼技术的关键 ,而左侧肢体在最后用力过程中 ,能否形成合理的支撑技术 ,对最后用力的效果影响极大。本文通过对铁饼最后用力时左侧支撑用力过程的分析和研究 ,旨在对完善这一技术做进一步的探讨。
