| Abstract: | Maintaining the progressiveness of CPC members, which is a long - term and regular fundamental work and essential task of CPC construction, is a cardinal policy to strengthen the construction of ruling ability of CPC. This article tries to explore and reflect the significance, the guiding ideology, the cardinal principle and the effective ways to establish and improve the long - lasting system on maintaining progressiveness of CPC members at institutions of higher learning. |
