| 摘 要： | 分析了目前自我效能感测量中存在的主要问题,并依据班杜拉的自我效能理论提出了解决对策,再以高中学生运动自我效能感的测量为例,对所提出的对策进行验证,证明对策具有可行性。 |

| Abstract: | According to the Bandula's self-efficiency theory,the author put forth relative countermeasures by analyzing the present main problems in measuring self-efficiency,and proved them to be effective by the (illustration) of high school students' self-efficiency measurement. |
