大学英语教学改革中山区大学英语教师信念的个案研究

摘    要:近年来教师信念的问题逐渐受到国内教育界的关注,但山区地方大学的大学英语教师的信念却鲜少研究。通过对闽北山区的四位大学英语教师进行访谈和课堂观察,结果发现山区的大学英语教师普遍更新了传统的教师信念,但在实际课堂教学中存在着教师信念与教学实践不一致的现象,并对此提出了进行教师教育和培训的建议。
