| 摘 要： | 武术文化既具有体育活动强身健体的特征,又蕴涵中华文化独特内涵和民族文化特征。武术的社会价值和锻炼价值十分丰富,对人产生了深远的影响。文章通过研究优秀的民族传统体育项目在高等学校的普及,指出它有助于民族文化的传播和继承,对发扬民族优秀品质,振奋民族精神,崇尚社会文明将会产生重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Wushu culture has both the characteristics of sports activities and strengthening the body,and contains unique connotation of Chinese culture and the characteristics of national culture.Wushu has rich social and fitness value,and has profound influence for people.Through the popularity of Wushu in universities,it helps the spread of national culture and inheritance,and produces an important role for developing national excellent quality,rousing national spirits,and advocating social civilization. |
