Business mentoring in evolution

The main purpose of this article is to provide information on the progress of student mentoring programmes at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Natal, Durban.

In addition, this paper highlights meaningful practical and theoretical lessons that have emerged from the mentoring programmes in the South African context.
