In a cultural perspective,this paper makes an analysis of the dimentional structures of academic periodicals:The surface structure is the exterior layer of visualized vehicle for knowledge ;The middle structure is the interior layer for academic values up to the requirments of periodicals;The inner structure is the latent psychological layer which represents the cultural types of periodicals.Thethree layers are closely knit to form an organic whole.This paper also discusses some editing tactics at different layers of academic periodicals.
