柴胡提取物防醉作用的研究

摘    要:该文研究柴胡(Radix Bupleri)有效成份的提取及其防醉作用的机理.实验结果表明:柴胡提取物具有提高中枢神经兴奋性,可以诱导肝药酶活性,提高肝匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量等效果,因而具有防醉和保护肝脏的作用.

Abstract:The effective composition of Radix Bupleri was extracted and its anti-intoxication mechanism was studied in this paper. The experiment finds that, the execitability raise of central nervors system, the activity increase of haptiase, the activity grow of superoxidase dismutation (SOD) and content decrease of lipid peroxide(LPO) are acted by the Radix Bupleri exlract.
